Peptira Terms and Conditions

These Peptira terms and conditions apply to every order placed on peptirashop.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions? Email sales@peptirashop.com.

1. Research use only

Every product Peptira sells is for laboratory research use only. Products are not for human or veterinary use, not for use as food, drugs, cosmetics or supplements, and haven’t been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). You confirm you’re at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and that you’ll handle and store products safely and lawfully.

2. Orders and prices under the Peptira terms and conditions

Under the Peptira terms and conditions, prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product turns out to be unavailable, the price was listed in error or we suspect fraud, and any payment for a cancelled order is refunded.

3. Payment and discounts

You pay at checkout using the methods shown there. Code PEPTIRA10 gives 10% off, and crypto payments get an extra discount. Discounts can’t be exchanged for cash, and we can change or end an offer at any time.

4. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order under the Peptira terms and conditions. Delivery times are estimates. You’re responsible for knowing whether a product can be legally imported into your country, and for any duties or taxes charged there. 5. Returns and problems with an order

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Because of the nature of research materials, opened or reconstituted products can’t be returned.

6. Liability

Under the Peptira terms and conditions, product information on this site is for research and education. You use products at your own risk and are responsible for following the laws and safety rules that apply to you. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

7. Accounts and content

If you create an account, keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. The text, images and product photos on this site belong to Peptira, and you can’t copy them for commercial use without permission.

8. Changes to the Peptira terms and conditions

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies. Read our privacy policy for how we handle your data, contact us with questions, or go back to the Peptira home page.
