What is Peptira peptides tesamorelin?

Peptira peptides tesamorelin is a synthetic version of growth hormone releasing hormone. It keeps all 44 amino acids of the natural hormone and adds a trans-3-hexenoyl group to the start, which protects it from the enzyme that normally breaks GHRH down within minutes.
