Wolverine blend 10mg puts TB-500 and BPC-157 into one sealed vial, 10mg in total, so you reconstitute once instead of two times. It’s sold for laboratory research only.
Inside the Wolverine blend 10mg
TB-500 here means thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein found in nearly every cell in the body, with high levels in platelets and white blood cells. Inside the cell it binds actin, the protein cells use to change shape and move.
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of body protection compound, a protein first found in gastric juice. It’s one of the most widely studied research peptides, almost entirely in rodents.
Wolverine is the nickname for the BPC-157 and TB-500 pairing. They’re the two most studied repair peptides, and they work through different routes: BPC-157 through blood vessel growth and nitric oxide signaling, TB-500 through actin and cell movement.
The label gives the combined amount, 10mg. Wolverine vials are normally an even 5mg and 5mg split, and our support team can confirm it for the current batch. Because everything is freeze-dried together, the ratio can’t drift the way it can when you mix separate vials. One reconstitution, one label, the same proportions in every draw.
Mechanisms behind the Wolverine blend 10mg
Thymosin beta-4’s main job is holding on to G-actin, the single building blocks of the cell’s internal scaffolding. By controlling how much actin is free to polymerize, it controls how cells move and change shape.
Nobody has pinned down a single receptor for BPC-157. Lab studies point to several pathways: it raises VEGF receptor expression, which feeds blood vessel growth, it interacts with the nitric oxide system, and it increases growth hormone receptor levels in tendon cells.

Published Wolverine blend studies
Goldstein and colleagues reviewed thymosin beta-4’s role in wound repair in 2012, covering faster closure of skin wounds and new blood vessel growth in animal models.
Bock-Marquette and colleagues reported in Nature (2004) that thymosin beta-4 improved heart cell survival after injury in mice.
Most of the work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb. Their rodent studies report faster healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and gut injuries, and Mikus and colleagues described improved burn wound healing in mice.
Chang and colleagues reported in 2011 that BPC-157 raised growth hormone receptor expression in rat tendon fibroblasts. Controlled human data are very limited.

Wolverine blend 10mg quality and handling
The vial label shows the compound and the amount. For anything your lab needs on file beyond that, email Peptira support with the product name before you place the order.
Many labs run their own identity check when a new batch arrives. For peptides, purity is usually measured by HPLC, which separates a sample into its parts and reports the main compound as a share of the total. Mass spectrometry is often run alongside it to confirm the molecular weight.
If you run a long study, try to order everything you need at once and log it when it arrives. It removes one variable from your results.
Reconstituting Wolverine blend 10mg
The amount of liquid you add sets the concentration. For a vial holding 10mg:
- 1mL of bacteriostatic water gives 10mg/mL
- 2mL of bacteriostatic water gives 5mg/mL
- 3mL of bacteriostatic water gives 3.33mg/mL
Go with whichever number is easiest to work with in your protocol, and label the vial with the concentration and the date you mixed it.
Use sterile bacteriostatic water, like our bacteriostatic water. Let the vial reach room temperature, run the water slowly down the inside of the glass, then roll the vial gently until the powder dissolves. Don’t shake it. Shaking can shear peptide chains.
How to store Wolverine blend 10mg
Store sealed vials of Wolverine blend 10mg in the freezer at -20°C, out of direct light. Mixed solution goes in the fridge at 2 to 8°C and should be used within about 28 days.
Let a frozen vial warm up to room temperature before you open it. Cold glass pulls moisture out of the air, and moisture is what degrades dry peptide.
